This is a personal essay I wrote published by the Jewish Book Council for the soldiers of Israel; fathers, brothers, sisters, daughters and sons, including my son, who are courageously fighting for their families and for the right of Israel to exist, after what has happened here. I cannot stop making lotus chocolate for them.
